Returns Policy

- Damaged/Defective Surf Art Prints.

We really hope that you're happy with the Surf Art Prints you receive from Lush Fins and we do our best to try and ensure that they arrive to you in perfect condition. However, we know that from time to time, even with the greatest care taken, accidents can happen.

If you receive a Surf Art Print from Lush Fins that has arrived damaged/defective, please email tom@lushfins.com with photos of the damage/defect, along with details of your order (e.g. your order number). After your email has been reviewed by a member of our team, will will then be able to arrange to either send you replacement (free of charge of course) or offer you a full refund.

- Returns Policy

If you changed your mind and would like to return the Surf Art Print(s) that you've ordered from Lush Fins, you have 30 days to return the items for a refund or an exchange.

Please email tom@lushfins.com to begin the returns process and you'll be provided with further instructions on how and where to return your item(s).

You will be responsible for paying the cost of any returns postage. You will also be charged £6 for the cost of shipping the item to you in originally, which will be deducted from the refund total that you receive.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase e.g. the invoice that was sent to you when your order was completed.

- Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

- Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
